Michael Dobrow for Trustee
Michael Dobrow is a lifelong resident of Lake County. He earned a degree in Film and Political Science from the University of Iowa, where he developed his framework for inclusive, transparent government. Michael ran campaigns for candidates with like-minded visions of public service, before embarking on a career in Healthcare Communications.
Michael believes in giving back to the community. He volunteers for global human rights organizations, and advocates for Veteran’s and LGBTQ rights locally and nationally. In his free time, you can usually find him on a nature walk with his partner, Erin, and their rescue dog, Beatrix.
Michael is currently an elected Precinct Committeeperson for Avon Township Precinct 48. If elected, he will champion policies that protect our air, land, waterways, and wildlife. Guided by principles of ethical and accessible government, equity, and fiscal responsibility, Michael is committed to centering the Public in public service.
